What’s this all about?

Good Worx Inc. is a local nonprofit working to engage the community in social issues impacting us all - both locally and globally.

We've been working the past two decades, first as the local youth service organization Kids4Good, to involve and engage local families in direct impact service initiatives.

In recent years we've tackled more grown-up topics and involved neighboring communities to join in our work.

Our current initiative Growing Good is underway for the 2025 season. We’re in the midst of looking for our next home base and that will take us to different locations. We’ve committed to working to spread kindness wherever we find ourselves. This spring our travels will take us to Asheville, NC and we hope to share a variety of seed packets with those impacted by Hurricane Helene back in September. A simple gesture can go a long way or as we like to think, we’re helping to grow good and community and maybe even some collards or carrots along the way!
